One of the major features players look for in sweepstakes casinos is rakeback. Also known as ‘coinback’, this special type of bonus lets you get back a specific percentage of the coins you bet across different games. Think of it as a way to keep your coin collection stacked high with no requirements.

Not every sweepstakes casino offers rakeback and coinback, though. So, if it’s something you want for your playing experience, you need to know which specific operators to sign up with. This way, you’ll get to experience the benefits of rakeback whenever you bet Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins across your favorite casino-style games.

⛁ What is ‘Rakeback’ in Sweepstakes Casinos?

Rakeback is when every bet a small portion of the house edge is returned to your coin balance, giving it a boost regardless of whether your bet won or lost. The rakeback itself usually isn’t given to you right away. Either weekly or at the end of every month, the sweepstakes casino will reward you with your collective rakeback total that’s been building up in the background.

Let’s use CoinsBack Casino, ranked as the #1 sweepstakes casino by SweepsLounge, as an example:

✔ CoinsBack Casino offers 50% rakeback on every spin

✔ You pick a slot game with a house edge of 3%

✔ Your first bet is 100 Sweeps Coins

✔ The house edge amounts to 3 SC, meaning you receive 1.5 SC back on that spin

✔ You get the money back whether your spin wins or loses

Essentially, the higher the house edge, the bigger the bonus you’ll receive is. However, it’s also important to pick sweepstakes casinos with high rakeback percentages. Otherwise, you won’t benefit as much.

Rakeback is available for both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Of course, it benefits Sweeps Coins players the most, as you need SCs to win prizes. In the competitive sweepstakes casino space, any SCs you can get back for free are always a welcome bonus.

If you need help figuring out the rakeback, simply whip out a calculator and enter the percentages.

Wait to Receive Your Rakeback

It’s always good to check the policy your sweepstakes casino has for rakeback. Usually, your rakeback will automatically be credited to your account at the end of every week or month. Depending on how many coins you’ve been betting, it could be a small number like 10 SCs or a huge one like 400 SCs.

Sweepstakes Casinos with Rakeback and Coinback

So, of the 400+ sweepstakes casinos currently on the internet, which of them offer rakeback and coinback? Well, the good news is that quite a few of them do. Here are our top picks:

As you can see, there are plenty of rakeback programs to take advantage of. Interestingly, a lot of sweepstakes casinos have started introducing rakeback and coinsback but as part of their VIP programs. This gives you incentive to climb the different tiers, as ranking higher usually means you reach a higher overall rakeback percentage.

Of all the available sweepstakes casino rakeback offers, CoinsBack Casino sits at the top with its huge 50% on every spin. Next is the newly launched SweepJungle, although you need to reach its ‘Jungle King’ VIP tier to unlock the 20% rakeback bonus.

Verdict

It’s easy to forget just how important rakeback is for sweepstakes casino players, especially those who bet hundreds of coins every week.

It may not seem like much, but even getting as little as 5% back on your spins is a major perk, as it builds up over time, and you could potentially save thousands of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins a year.

The coins you receive back can then be used to put you back in the race for prizes.
